Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return

Conditions for Return:

  • Product must be unused and in it's original packaging
  • Must include proof of purchase (order number)Perishable items (oils,cream,soap,etc) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
Refund Process:
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exceptions:
  • Opened or used products
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Sale / Discounted items (non-refundable)
