We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Lindo’s Organic Products.


Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened products.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours.
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.


Return Shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
